· July 15 - July 30: Collection of feedback from participants, mentors, stakeholders & detailed program evaluation and analysis of outcomes

· May 10 - May 27: Final assessment of research projects and oral presentations, and selection of the best research & project development team.

· June 1: notification sent out to the team with the best research project and the other nine teams, accompanied with feedback on their research projects.

· June 1 – August 30: Disbursement of additional funds to winning teams.

· February 9- February 23: In-depth research and project development by winning teams.

· February 26 – March 8: faculty mentor and team meetings, project refinement, etc.

· March 8 – April 1: Finalizing research projects and preparing presentations by winning teams.

· April 8: Deadline for the submission of completed research projects.

· April 10 – May 10: Comprehensive feedback and evaluation by faculty mentors.

· January 3: Initial review of research proposals by evaluation committee.

· January 8, 2023 – February 5, 2024: Deliberations and finalization of selected proposals.

· February 7: Announcement of the ten teams with the winning proposals and possible re-assignment of faculty mentors.

· February 9 - March 30: Disbursement of funds to all participating research teams.

· November 13: Orientation sessions for all participants.

· November 17: Deadline for participants to modify project titles.

· December 17: Deadline for participants to submit comprehensive research proposals.

· September 11: Formal launch of the mentorship scheme, introduction of the scheme to participants, sending of the first newsletter.

· October 25 - October 31 : Call for interested participants and formation of Research Teams.

· November 3: Collection of research teams’ biodata forms and project titles.

· November 10: Matching and assignment of faculty mentors to Research Teams.
